FM-200(HFC-227ea) and Novec1230 (FK-5-1-12) are both clean agent fire suppression systems used in total flooding Fire Suppression System. They are popular alternatives to Halon Gas due to their effectiveness in suppressing fires and their lower environmental impact. HFC-227ea is a hydrofluorocarbon, while FK-5112 is a fluoroketone. Both systems are designed to rapidly discharge a fire suppressant to extinguish or contain fires in a protected area. FM-200(HFC-227ea) is Gas at normal temperature, while Novec1230 (FK-5-1-12) is Liquid. So Novec1230 (FK-5-1-12) need special Nozzle to Mist the Liquid fire agent.
As Clean Fire Agent, FM-200(HFC-227ea) and Novec1230 (FK-5-1-12) all are not conductive, and are not damaged to items.
The stored Pressure at 20℃:
2.5MPa is suitable for single bottle fire system and Cabinet Type Fire Device.
4.2Mpa is suitable for Multiple bottle pipe network type.
5.6Mpa is suitable for Multiple rooms big pipe network type, or Long distance big pipe network type.
